Software, Analytics & Route Intelligence for Airports
AeroCraft builds software for airports and airfields: operational dashboards that combine live flight data with resource planning, route-feasibility analytics that support air service development pitches to airlines, and passenger-facing digital products such as flight tracking and terminal crowd forecasts. Regional and secondary airports are a particular focus.
Deliver actionable insights through operational dashboards, route intelligence, and passenger-focused digital solutions.
What do airports need from aviation software?
An airport sits at the meeting point of many organisations — airlines, handlers, security, retail, ground transport — each with its own systems. The airport needs a shared picture of what is happening now and what is coming: which flights are late, which gates and stands are under pressure, how busy the terminal will be in two hours. It also needs a commercial picture: which routes to win next and how to convince an airline to fly them.
What does AeroCraft build for airports?
- Operational dashboards combining live arrivals and departures, ML delay predictions, and resource allocation
- Air service development analytics: current connectivity, catchment leakage, unserved city pairs, and route feasibility
- Route performance tracking for incentive programmes and new-route marketing
- Passenger products: live flight tracking, direct-destination explorers, and terminal crowd forecasting
- Data integrations between airport operational databases and airline and handler systems
How can route analytics help a regional airport win new routes?
Airlines choose routes on evidence. A regional airport that arrives with a credible demand estimate, a clear view of passengers currently driving to competing airports, and a feasibility model an airline's planners can interrogate is in a far stronger position than one that arrives with enthusiasm and an incentive offer. AeroCraft builds that evidence base as a reusable tool, not a one-off report — so it can be refreshed for each new pitch and used afterwards to track how incentivised routes perform.
This is particularly valuable for airports running air service incentive programmes or receiving route-development grants, where the choice of which route to back has to be justified.

What airport-facing products has AeroCraft shipped?
Fly-tlv, built and operated by AeroCraft, combines live flight radar, scheduled and historical flight data, a direct-routes explorer, and terminal crowd forecasting for a major hub airport. Skyinfo adds airport health indicators and ML delay prediction across 7,883 airports and is used by airport operations teams as well as travellers. Both run on the same data infrastructure we deploy for clients.
How does AeroCraft work alongside an airport's existing systems?
Airports already run airport operational databases, resource management systems, and flight information displays, often supplied by different vendors. We read from these systems rather than replacing them, add the external data they lack — live positions, predicted arrivals, competitor and route data — and present the combined picture in tools designed for the people who use them. Where a system has no API, we work from its exports or database under agreed access.
Security and access are agreed with your IT team at the start, and everything we deploy is documented so it can be supported by your own staff or by us.
Typical deliverables in a first phase are an operations dashboard for a single terminal or a route feasibility study for a shortlist of destinations, both of which can be expanded once they have proved useful.
Frequently asked questions
We are a small regional airport. Is this affordable for us?
Yes. Work is scoped to the question you need answered; a route feasibility study for a shortlist of destinations is a contained piece of work.
Can you include our own passenger data?
Yes. Passenger surveys, car-park data, and booking data can be combined with schedule and movement data to sharpen catchment analysis.
Can you build a public flight board or app for our passengers?
Yes. Live flight information, destination explorers, and crowd forecasts are products we already operate.
