Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2026

1. Scope of Engagement

These Terms & Conditions govern all consulting, development, and engineering services provided by AeroCraft Solutions ("we", "us", "AeroCraft") to travel agencies, aviation startups, airports, and hub operators ("Client"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA), which these Terms supplement.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom code, data pipelines, and architecture built specifically for a Client under a paid engagement transfer to the Client upon full payment. AeroCraft retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, internal tooling, and reusable infrastructure components ("AeroCraft IP") that are incorporated into deliverables, and grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such AeroCraft IP as part of the delivered work.

3. Data Handling & Client Systems

Where AeroCraft is granted access to Client systems, APIs, GDS credentials, or data sources for the purpose of building routing logic, scraping engines, or aggregation pipelines, that access is used solely to perform the contracted work and is revoked or destroyed at the end of the engagement unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public technical, financial, or business information disclosed during the engagement, including route data, pricing models, and system architecture, for a period of three (3) years following the end of the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

AeroCraft's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. AeroCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from third-party GDS, airline, or airport system downtime outside our direct control.

6. Website Use

Content on aerocraft.dev, including the portfolio descriptions of Fly-tlv, AiDucation, and Fly2Meet, is provided for informational purposes to describe our engineering capabilities and does not constitute a consumer-facing booking or pricing service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly to the Client; continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current version.
